Evidence, assumptions, and preferences can coexist. They should not masquerade as one another.

Test

Choose the smallest test capable of changing the decision, then let the result matter.

Revise

When the evidence changes, change the position in public and attach the reason.

What belongs here

Decision notes, dissent-preserving syntheses, implementation reviews, and postmortems. Not a feed, not a schedule, and not a performance of certainty.
